Since square resistance is inversely proportional to coating thickness, the coating thickness can be calculated from the square resistance. The instrument is equipped with a dedicated four-probe probe with springs. The spring-loaded probes ensure constant pressure during testing, reliable contact, stable measurements, and long service life.
